The Lingo42 app is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Contracts for acquiring the app are concluded with Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland. Questions about purchase, billing and refunds are therefore handled by Apple.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
